  I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service provided by Mark Jones at your CubeSmart location in Streamwood, Illinois (1089 East Avenue). I have been a customer at this location since April 2014. Mark always greets everyone with a smile and seems to know each of his customers. Whenever I have questions he answers them in a friendly and professional manner. In addition, when I lose track of time, he calls with a reminder. Customer service is extremely important to me. Great service makes your customers feel that you truly care about long-term relationships with your clientele, which is greatly appreciated. I really commend the prompt and friendly service provided by Mark. I would recommend your company (this location in particular) to anyone who has storage needs.
