  My wife and I made an appointment to get our taxes done. Within the first 20 minutes the " tax professional " told us that she did not know how to do our taxes and that we would have to come back! She got up about 4 times in that short time to ask another employee how to enter simple things like mortgage interest! But he was busy so she entered wrong information and in 10 minutes there were critical red flags all across the bottom of the screen telling her she screwed things up. That didn't seem to bother her though. She kept moving along ignoring the incorrect warnings. I can positively say that they hired this person without having proof of the slightest tax knowledge, and given the user friendly program they use she still couldn't figure it out. Great job H&R Block and even better job to the team that hired her.
