  The store was able to get customer service to get me "upgrade eligible" a month or so early (they get 5 stars for that) but when it came down to getting the phone I wanted (iPhone X 256GB) that's when everything went downhill... I was asked to email them Sunday morning so they can order the phone Monday and they'll have it Tuesday.. I did what I was asked to do.. Tuesday comes, no call, no email.. I called and get told "I couldn't order the phone, it's on backorder, I'll follow up with you tomorrow" (Wednesday)... Wednesday comes, no call or email... I call Thursday and spoke to another associate and when I asked if they had my phone in yet, I get told "no, they forgot to order it Monday", and the one I was dealing with was off... I get it, we get busy at work and sometimes things can slip in-between the cracks.. I'm not mad.. I was told I'll get a call back Friday by 1, I'm patient.. I waited.. no call back as of 4:30.. I show up to the store and everyone looked like a deer in headlights when they seen me walk in.
  No one can give me a straight answer regarding this phone.. I could have done a phone order but the whole point of them getting it would have been more convenient for me since it's close to home.. customer care "located" the phone to this store.. when I tell the associates at the store this.. one says "no, they can't see our inventory" one doesn't know what to say or do..the other one was dealing with a customer and decided to chirp in while he's dealing with another customer... what kind of customer service is this? They had the nerve to tell me "we sold our last two a few days ago". Really? You knew what phone I wanted.. If they had the silver one I would have been fine with it but prefer the space gray. I went elsewhere to pick up my iPhone X 256GB.. if you want to get lied to, misleading information and no response back when you bring all this up to an employee then this is the place for it. (customer service is 1 star) I'll average it to a two star review.
  when you sign up for sprint everything is good.. it's when you go back to upgrade that's when everything seems to go downhill and they don't care about you as a customer.
  
  It all started out with a phone order with sprint.. I couldn't wait until my phones/iPad's were shipped to me, I was too much in a hurry to get away from my previous carrier. So, I called the store and spoke to the manager (Alex) to see if there was a way I can cancel the phone order and pick up my items in store. I was told I had to come in and see what can be done, which I did.. they had everything except for one iPad, which was fine with me since I was activating one phone and the other one I was shipping out of state. While the staff here was getting everything ready for me, one of the sales staff was coming from another location, they picked up an extra iPad for me so by time I left I walked out with everything I originally ordered over the phone. Also, when I uploaded my final bill to sprints site from my previous carrier, I somehow managed to mess one of them up.. one worked and the other one didn't, so, I went back to the store and another sales associate helped me upload the final bill.. a few days later, I check the status of buy out and I noticed the one I uploaded was rejected.. so, I called the store again, was told to bring everything I had with me and they would take care of it. on my day off, I went back to the store with everything I had and they helped me fix what I messed up, not even a week later I received my buy out gift cards. I cannot thank this store enough for making the transition from one carrier to sprint so smooth and did all the work as far as uploading my final bill. The whole staff is friendly, professional, good sense of humor.. I might not have dealt with everyone here but I'd say 3/4 of the staff I had interaction with. Management is supportive with their staff! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! thank you again for making things right!

  I finally got my parents to switch phone companies after 20 years of being with AT&T. Alex and Chris were so helpful and gave us some of the best customer service experience. Although they did not have the phones in stock, without question Alex made it happen and drove to 2 locations to pick them up for us (how nice!). They are so knowledgeable and weren't trying to up-sell us whatsoever. So glad we went to this location and we will for sure be going back. Thanks guys!!
