  I bought an item on Saturday that went on sale the following Monday. Came in to the store asked if i can get my recipt price matched. Guest services reps Katherine as if reading a script, "we can not price match our online deals; you would need to place that order online." I placed an order online while in the store. About 20 minutes later saw one of the reps grab the item and bring it to the front. After I got my "your online order is ready" email minutes later, I brought the email in yet they didn't not have it ready. The Guest services Katherine showed a lack of sympathy or remorse. I am writing this about 36 minutes after getting my email still have yet to receive my item that has been on a shelf directly behind them.. I spend an hour on a 3 minute price match
